We developed a recruitment website for Maruwn Corporation to convey the appeal of working in the logistics industry to potential job seekers. We defined a clear visual concept and information architecture to serve as the foundation for recruitment activities, organizing application pathways and job-specific information for a smooth user experience.

To capture authentic employee perspectives, we also conducted interviews and photo shoots on-site. With a strong focus on the job seeker’s point of view, we aimed to create a website that balances trustworthiness with approachability.
