We renewed the website for Daiei Qualification School to support a wide range of learners pursuing professional certifications.
To create a site where users can envision a positive future for themselves, we developed the concept through in-depth discussions during the planning phase and used it as the foundation for the production process.
The information architecture had become complex over years of incremental updates, so we carefully redesigned the structure and functionality, implementing a comprehensive UI/UX overhaul across all pages. The site also integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
We expanded content from the learners’ perspective, including course highlights and successful candidate interviews. Navigation was carefully designed to allow smooth transitions to course information and registration, enhancing the user experience while encouraging the first step in learning.
Visually, we built on the school’s long-standing trust and track record, clearly expressing the brand message of “supporting lifelong learners.” The key visuals were refreshed by combining traditional photography with watercolor-style illustrations, creating a slightly abstract feel that helps users imagine their personal future. We also carefully adjusted the color palette to complement the strong red of the brand logo without creating a harsh impression. Diagrams and visuals were updated to clearly highlight advantages over competing services.
From first-time certification students to professionals aiming for career advancement, we designed the site to provide reassurance while meeting the needs of diverse users.
